Oversee the daily operations of facility management, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Lead and motivate on-site teams, including maintenance, cleaning, and security, to achieve operational excellence.
Manage vendor contracts and oversee external contractors, ensuring quality service and timely issue resolution.
Conduct regular site inspections and implement internal policies and procedures effectively.
Address operational issues, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions to maintain high service quality.
Monitor and manage operational budgets and resources, tracking client budgets effectively.
Provide expertise in facility design and engineering operations, focusing on power, cooling, safety, and security systems.
Lead asset management and preventive/statutory maintenance activities.
Drive environmental and energy initiatives aligned with ISO 14001 standards.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain and troubleshoot systems, including CCTV and access control.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (trade certifications preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of related experience within the Engineering discipline, preferably with a few years in data center and Electrical, Mechanical, facilities management.
Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven experience managing complex technical and FM projects in an enterprise environment.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Experience managing FM accounts with multiple retail outlets is a plus.
