Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & IT Governance
- Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise management on IT investments and digital transformation by staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Oversee IT policies, compliance, and best practices for data security and risk management.
IT Infrastructure & System Management
- Manage the maintenance, upgrade, and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to data security and privacy protocols.
- Optimize enterprise software workflows (ERP, CRM, HRIS, DMS) for efficiency.
- Lead initiatives in digital transformation, including AI and cloud migration.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data.
- Identify and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and staff training on IT security best practices.
Project Management & User Support
- Implement cost-effective IT solutions for service operations.
- Provide technology support for project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Develop and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee vendor sourcing and project coordination within timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with departments for system enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field.
- 8+ years in IT, with 5+ years in a leadership role in NGOs, corporations, or government.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects (ERP, CRM).
- Strong skills in IT management, budgeting, and security monitoring.
- Proficiency in Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, AWS, Azure, and more.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
- Knowledgeable in AI, mobile application development, and IT security.
