What you'll be doing
Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure network architectures
Configuring and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Performing system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal network performance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network related issues
Providing technical support and guidance to end-users Documenting network confi gurations, processes, and procedures
Staying up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices
Participate in project rollout, system integration, data migration, and technical troubleshooting
Collaborate with customers, technology vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
Support post-implementation tasks including system tuning, maintenance, and upgrade planning
Create high-quality technical documentation and operational handover materials
What we're looking for
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures
Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and best practices
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices from leading vendors
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certifications in networking, and experience in cybersecurity and cloud technology are a plus
Experience in Microsoft AD, Exchange and M365 and O365 is a MUST
