Responsibilities:
- Establish and monitor quality management systems and programs for product quality, manufacturing quality, customer and supplier quality;
- Manage customer incident cases and fulfill customer audits and requirement;
- Handle customer complaints/ feedback and lead the Corrective & Preventive Action;
- Lead all assigned quality projects, drive problem-solving process and present proposals for solutions;
- Align and track project deliverables, report on progress and prepare presentation for internal and customer stakeholders;
- Identify areas of opportunities and gaps to drive technical audit and inspection, lab testing process excellence across different categories and countries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
- 6 years’ experience in quality assurance in sizable electronics consumer product or electronic toys industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level;
- A good technical knowledge of electronic consumer products, factory production and operation process;
- Familiar with the international toys safety requirements (Physical, Chemical, Electrical);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented thinking and end-to-end mindset;
- A self-starter who anticipates potential issues and acts to prevent them;
- Strong ability to work with regional and headquarter team for results;
- Frequent travel to China factory (Around 60%);
- Occasional travel to our Penang plant for project transfer.
