Our client, a well-known buying office, is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Job Description:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sourcing system modules and identify optimization opportunities.
- Assess and document system requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement system enhancements.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure effective integration of sourcing solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Act as a key liaison between business users, IT, and vendors throughout the project life cycle.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Prepare and validate detailed documentation, including user requirement specifications and user stories.
- Support the project team in tracking tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines, and reporting progress.
- Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including test plan creation, test case execution, and defect analysis.
- Provide end-user support and training post-implementation to ensure effective solution adoption.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- Min. 3 years exp as a Business Analyst
- Strong familiarity with sourcing systems like TradeBeyond (CBX) or Centric
- Experience in SAP Supply Chain module also welcome
- With buying office exp will be an advantage
- Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
