Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the regional offices on AR an AP operational matters
- Handle invoicing issues; staff claims, bad debt applications…etc
- Monitor the AR collection progress of Region Offices
- Produce AR and AP statistic reports for Management’s review
- Handle AR and AP month-end closing
- Provide system support / implementation/ enhancement in relation to AR and AP modules
- Work closely with Operations in China
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with University graduate in Accounting
- 5 - 8 years' AP / AR experience in commercial industry with 1 year Audit experience
- Proficiency in excel automation (vlookup / Pivot table / macros and VBA)
- Experience in SAP is preferable
- Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
