Responsible for the Top Executive’s business and personal requirements, including overseas travel and private engagements and appointments
Supervise the team by serving the director, such as domestic helpers, drivers
Oversee all household matters, including renovation projects, ordering, maintenance, etc.
Liaise on family dinner/event arrangements.
Assist in scheduling the family member’s daily activities
Organize and arrange family events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 10 years of working experience with 5 years as a personal assistant role, and Household Management. Prefer working experience in sizable firms.
Able to work as a coordinator and strong in multitasking.
Hardworking, flexible and good at problem-solving.
