Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling solution-based sales presentations to address client challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists and support) to customize solutions and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by negotiating contracts, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide post-sale support and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement in offerings.
  • Track sales activities using CRM tools and report on pipeline progress and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of solid experience in solution sales, with a demonstrated ability to sell complex products or services to B2B clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, SPIN selling).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
