Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the general insurance department.
Oversee the underwriting process and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Maintain relationships with clients and brokers, addressing any issues or concerns.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of general insurance products and underwriting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
