The Regional IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee the IT infrastructure across multiple locations within the region. This role demands strong technical expertise in networking, systems, and cloud technologies, as well as effective people management skills to ensure seamless operations and collaboration with regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the IT infrastructure, including network systems and cloud services
- Deliver hands-on support and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Lead and mentor IT staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance
- Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to address IT needs and challenges
- Implement guidelines and standardization practices to maintain operational excellence
- Support retail stores with IT infrastructure needs and troubleshooting
- Identify areas for improvement and proactively implement solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with experience in retail highly preferred
- Strong technical expertise in networking, systems, and cloud technologies, including Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls; Aruba, Dell servers; VMware; Azure; with knowledge of AWS as a plus
- Proficiency in Office 365 and other productivity tools
- Knowledge of IT best practices and standardization processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and development
- Maintain a "can-do" attitude, addressing challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
