Establish project objectives and deliverables while creating detailed plans and budgets.
Oversee the deployment of IT infrastructure to guarantee high availability, security, and optimal performance.
Manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
Proactively identify and address project risks.
Collaborate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Direct maintenance efforts to maintain system stability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Over 5 years of experience in IT project management focused on infrastructure projects.
Strong expertise in system administration, middleware solutions, and enterprise architecture.
Proven capability to manage projects involving operating systems, virtualization, middleware platforms, databases, and high availability solutions.
Experience in application development or ELV/IoT implementation is advantageous.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-driven, accountable, and capable of performing well under pressure.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
