Direct the implementation of Oracle EBS R12.2, managing the migration of custom objects and ensuring support for online patching.
Create and enhance Oracle components, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows, customized to meet the specific needs of MTR.
Manage the transformation of the financial Chart of Accounts, ensuring data integrity, historical mapping, and compatibility across financial systems.
Design effective integrations for smooth data exchange between EBS and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and SOA Gateway.
Collaborate with teams in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and data governance policies.
Engage in testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while also planning cutover activities and providing support after go-live.
Lead the Non-Functional testing stream in coordination with the Systems Integrator (SI) Vendor, the MTR project team, and other stakeholders.
Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on deliverables from the SI Vendor to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Offer continued support and maintenance for Oracle EBS applications, focusing on performance optimization and root-cause analysis.
Serve as a consultant to users, helping them resolve business challenges effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, Oracle Cloud Integration) are highly preferred.
Experience with large-scale ERP implementations in sectors such as transportation, utilities, or government is advantageous.
8 to 10 years of direct experience in Oracle EBS technical development, specifically with EBS R12.2 implementations.
Strong proficiency in EBS components such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, OAF, and Workflow Builder.
Knowledgeable in Oracle Financials, including modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, Sourcing, and iSupplier Portal, with a focus on COA design and data migration.
Experience with enterprise integration tools, capable of designing APIs that support real-time data synchronization.
Understanding of IT infrastructure, including Unix/Linux systems, Oracle databases, and OLVM environments, with expertise in performance tuning.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts, system lifecycle management, and IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
Awareness of cybersecurity practices within the Oracle ecosystem, including secure coding, role-based access control, and data encryption.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and vendor partners.
Proficient in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin), both written and spoken.
