Provide client liaison and technical advice to B/Ds, coordinate with different B/D form support teams regarding development of electronic forms, monitor and conduct quality check on the e-Forms for production deployment on the CEFS.
Assist CEFS clients to adopt the iAM Smart, e-Payment, Digital Corporate Identity and Consented Data Exchange Gateway features for e-Forms.
Coordinate with contractor for the conduction of Security Risk Assessment and Audit, load test and red team assessment.
Provide after-hours support for special events, fire-fighting, and urgent service deployments.
Carry out other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 6 years in IT industry and 2 years in similar job nature
Solid experience in electronic form system development and outsource management
Solid experience in developing and supporting e-payment services
Solid experience in coordinating Security Risk Assessment and Audit, load test and red team assessment for IT systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and coordinate tasks
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Hard-working, self-motivated with positive attitude and able to work independently under pressure
