- Oversees the implementation of company strategies created by senior management and who has the responsibility of delivering results on a day-to-day basis
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO
- Oversee operations, production planning, procurement, quality assurance with CEO in production management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
- Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the Company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability
- Monitor performance in regional areas and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts for production
- Review and monitoring Company procurement and sourcing strategies so as to reduce the related expenses and improve overall effectiveness
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements:

- Degree in Clothing / Textile / Business Administration
- With at least 15 years’ relevant experience at managerial or above level
- Experience in Apparel manufacturing industry is a MUST
- With Lingerie / Intimate / Swimwear exp is highly preferred
- With regional experience - oversee offshore factories
- Good command of written and spoken both English & Chinese.
- Proficient in computer applications like MS Office / ERP system
