- Responsible for sourcing, sales and inventory management of sole agent brands for the company
- Analyze market segments trends and consumer insights to accelerate launch of trendy products and product gap
- To liaise with Marketing Department about developing an attractive and interesting promotional events
- To work closely with retail and sales management to ensure that store layouts, promotions and display techniques are effective in maximizing sales and profit from the specific merchandise categories.
- To negotiate and work with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership
- Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties

- Bachelor degree in marketing/ merchandising, retail management or related disciplines
- At least 5 year of experience in category/ Brand management
- Familiar with skin care, beauty, cosmetic
- Experience in Parallel import products is must
- Strategic, good business acumen and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Energetic/ Presentable/Good Marketing Sense
