- Collaborate with the Team Leader/Development Manager and Business Units to analyze, design, develop, test, and implement CRM systems.
- Gather and understand user requirements, perform technical analysis, and create detailed specifications.
- Manage and resolve issues affecting the daily operations of CRM systems.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of upstream systems with CRM functionalities.
- Lead and manage projects related to CRM system enhancements and marketing technology integrations.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth transitions from project development to ongoing support.

- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of IT experience, with relevant CRM development and support experience (preferably in the retail industry).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Service API, SQL, Oracle RDBMS, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Redis, UNIX Shell Script, Microservice CI/CD, Kubernetes, AI Agent, Event Streaming
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
