Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and business growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare marketing reports to support management decisions.
  • Plan and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
  • Support HR functions such as employee records management and internal policy development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience and strong knowledge of marketing strategy, market research, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
