Key Responsibilities

    • Transaction Assistance: Support the design and implementation of capital markets transactions, which encompass equity, debt, and hybrid financial instruments.
    • Market Research: Perform comprehensive research and analysis of market conditions to pinpoint trends, potential risks, and opportunities within the capital markets sector.
    • Financial Analysis: Create and sustain financial models that facilitate transaction execution and support strategic objectives.
    • Client Engagement: Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional service and address client requirements effectively.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Generate and present thorough reports, presentations, and updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transactions and processes meet regulatory standards and adhere to internal policies.
    • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with departments such as Risk Management, Compliance, and Trading to deliver seamless client service.

Qualifications

    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
    • Experience: 3 to 4 years of pertinent experience in capital markets, investment banking, or related financial services.
    • Skills: Expertise in financial modeling and valuation practices. Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of thriving under pressure while managing multiple tasks. Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial software applications.
