Develop comprehensive and actionable business plans and market strategies to actively identify, acquire and manage High Net Worth (HNW) clients;
Deliver highly personalized wealth management solutions and advisory services to High Net Worth (HNW) clients;
Leverage deep market insights to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with other senior stakeholders, investment and support functions, business partners, as well as product/service teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of the overall business strategy;
Develop a deep understanding of clients and their associates' backgrounds, and proactively drive robust Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence processes as the first line of defense to fulfill all relevant compliance and internal requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in private banking or wealth management industry
Strong track record of managing relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) / Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individual investors
Strategic mindset with a hunter mentality focused on portfolio growth and client acquisition
Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English in written and speaking skills.
