Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to support the line manager in leading a sub-team within the Fund Platform Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, managing risks, and driving strategic platform initiatives in alignment with market demands and internal policies.
Job Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
BAU Oversight:- Lead and mentor a sub-team to deliver high-quality and timely business-as-usual (BAU) operational processes.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance requirements.
Project & Risk Management:- Collaborate closely with the Line Manager & PMO to track project progress, escalate potential issues or showstoppers, and ensure timely resolution.
Identify and mitigate operational risks across processes and projects.
Platform Development & Coordination:- Coordinate and consolidate business requirements to support platform design and enhancements.
Ensure platform solutions align with market trends, client needs, and regulatory expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement:- Liaise with external vendors and partners for platform demonstrations, testing, and implementation.
Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties to foster collaboration and shared success.
