Job Description
Responsibilities:

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimisation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver generative AI projects on time

Lead design thinking workshops to brainstorm, refine and prioritise ideas for change

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, growth best practices, and regulatory developments

Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives
Required skills:
-
GenAI: In-depth knowledge of prompt engineering techniques to shape and control model outputs. Knowledge of model deployment and efficiency optimization.

Banking experience: investment, private, commercial or retail banking work experience
-
Great interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships, influence and manage stakeholders.

Proven end to end business analysis and project management capabilities
