Finance Test Lead

Your new role

Manage end-to-end testing delivery, including defining the overall test strategy, planning, and execution
Lead the creation of testing strategy for all phases, covering UAT, end-to-end, regression, performance, and non-functional testing
Develop comprehensive test plans that incorporate milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
Track and report test progress, ensuring all results are documented against predefined success criteria
Oversee testing teams comprising business, technology, and vendor resources both onshore and offshore. Address issues and blockers promptly, and manage defect resolution as required
Own the test completion report, summarising all outcomes and findings to support sign-off and business acceptance

What you'll need to succeed
Over 8 years of experience in testing and project delivery, ideally within the insurance sector and finance transformation initiatives
Strong background in Oracle ERP solutions, including general ledger and sub-ledger design and related processes
Proven expertise in test management across diverse teams and multiple locations
Solid technical understanding of insurance accounting, finance operations, systems, and data management is highly desirable
Professional certifications such as CPA or credentials in delivery and test management are considered an advantage
