Your new role
Design and implement HR strategies that support business growth and group expansion.
Lead recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage HR policies across regions.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Handle some administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Partner with leadership to build a strong, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR leadership, ideally within a multinational SME or fast-growing company.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment regulations.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting business expansion is a plus.
Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on with a growth mindset
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
