A leading global bank is looking for an APAC Marketing Manager to join their team.

Your new role

  • Design, build, and implement creative, results-driven marketing strategies
  • Boost client interactions via fresh and engaging promotional efforts.
  • Roll out campaigns spanning multiple regions, audiences, and platforms for optimal reach and effect.
  • Leverage various data sources to refine and enhance initiatives on the fly.
  • Drive the rollout of institutional projects across diverse mediums by partnering with international and worldwide colleagues in areas like PR, gatherings, and customer-oriented operations.
  • Track, document, and oversee marketing efforts, handle necessary clearances, and maintain adherence in a tightening regulatory environment.
  • Guide and make effective use of the area-wide marketing group and collaborators (both in-house and outside).
  • Nurture connections with regional contacts at every tier.
  • Sync with international marketing peers to share resources and collaborate on promotional drives and efforts.
  • Promote successfully while adhering to risk controls, regulatory standards, and streamlined processes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 8 years in comprehensive marketing roles, demonstrating proven success within a top-tier international finance or investment company.
  • Bachelor's degree holder or above
  • Proficiency in English, essential for a regional position.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B strategies (including positioning, messaging, brand development, promotions, online channels, and events), paired with analytical and technical skills in international finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee budgets and coordinate integrated initiatives with key business partners, event coordinators, and comms specialists, familiar with major APAC centers.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities, articulate expression, and persuasive influence skills.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, fostering alignment and upholding international guidelines.
  • Proficiency in executing marketing initiatives/programs emphasizing digital elements, with consistent performance evaluation and oversight.
  • Background in producing content-focused campaigns (e.g., industry analyses) via diverse formats like videos and web platforms.
