We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our company as Senior Client Coverage Manager.

Principal responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including investment banks, asset management companies and information vendors, understanding their demands to develop index-linked investment products and to subscribe data & analytics services

• Deliver sales targets, regularly tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed
• Keep abreast of market developments and trends across different markets/sectors, identifying opportunities and to prioritizing sales leads accordingly
• Dig deep into client relations to identify new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling index products/services
• Collaborate with Product to prepare and present index proposals, leading negotiations to secure and conclude the deals with agreement signed

• Work closely with marketing, product, client services to ensure alignment and effective delivery of solutions to institutional clients

  Qualifications- University degree with at least 8 years of experience in banking and financial industry, with a focus on institutional accounts or B2B sales

• Proven track-record in achieving and exceeding business targets, demonstrating effectiveness in driving revenue growth
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills with experience in working with executive level
• Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

• Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
