What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and coordinate campaign-related marketing campaigns. Collaborate with BDs, local market managers and other teams to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance. Optimize campaign settings to improve conversion rates with a data-driven approach.
• Improve user experience and backend system to attract inbound traffic.
• Responsible for the daily execution of campaigns, working closely with technical and business teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Strengthen and improve the foundational product infrastructure of the campaign lifecycle.

• Design, implement, and refine product operational processes to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and risk management of campaign activities.

  What We Look For In You

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have a good track record of collaborating across teams such as sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics.
• Possess a strong interest in the Web3/Crypto/Blockchain industry.
• Good logical thinking, communication, and learning abilities.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of product ownership.

• Familiar with crypto trading / Web3 industry.

• Experience in leading a project team independently.
