The Role
Associate/AVP, Business Support & Client Services, Equity Sales & Derivatives
Key Accountabilities
- Handle equity placement orders and bond placement orders;
- Cooperate IPO set up process and IPO margin financing;
- Work closely with settlement teams for trade and product support;
- Perform validation check and suitability matching results to OTC and listed trades;
- Follow up OTC corporation action and relevant signed client trade confirmation;
- Maintain daily operating of website, Announcement on product and trading update;
- Liaise with Front office and Back Office to ensure the efficient and effective processing of daily business flow;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
- University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines;
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- SC Type 1 and 2 License is preferred;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Strong in Microsoft excel, word and power point.
