Maintain and update investment schedules for various financial instruments, such as bonds, structured notes, total return swaps, forwards, interest rate swaps, and repos.
Ensure timely updates of system data and reconcile this information with both the operations team and the front desk.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the head office, front desk, and Risk Department, to fulfill data requests.
Update the ledger through the valuation system and reconcile it with statements from external brokers and reports from the front desk.
Engage in system enhancement projects related to financial reporting.
Prepare monthly analyses of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the team leader.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in large financial institutions; a background in Big 4 firms is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with diverse financial products, particularly bonds, derivatives, structured products, and repos.
In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and market operations.
Ability to work independently, along with strong analytical skills, effective communication, good time management, and a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Associate role.
