(Senior) Business Strategy Manager (Branch Network Strategy)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the formulation of branch and self-service banking network distribution strategy and optimization plans
2. Manage and monitor the distribution of branch and self-service banking network
3. Drive branch automation and alternative channels usage and counter migration
4. Lead the implementation of strategic project plans and the end-to-end project management, monitoring project progress and satisfactory project delivery;
5. Device effective branch capacity plan to enhance the productivity of branch staff, and formulate associated strategy and mechanism to deliver the bank's business and customer segmentation strategy

6. Facilitate best practice sharing across ASEAN Region

   Requirements:

7. Bachelor degree or above; preferably with major / minor in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Financial Management, etc.
8. At least 8-year relevant working experience in financial industry, preferably with solid project management experience, with a min. 3 years in supervisory role
9. Exposure in personal banking and management administration would be an added asset
10. Familiar with personal banking and wealth management business, channel management, banking operation and process improvement;
11. Ability to translate conceptual information into concrete projects and to deploy, organize and lead cross functional project teams;
12. Familiar with local statutory and regulatory requirements; understanding of market best practice in risk management and control
13. Foster good business partnership internally and externally
14. Strong business acumen, management mindset, analytical skills and critical thinking
15. Good communication skills and able to communicate with different levels
16. Highly responsive and effective crisis management
17. Courageous to take on challenges
18. Well-versed in presentation, writing and reporting
19. Good command in Chinese, English and Mandarin
20. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Strategy Manager
