Support the annual performance goal setting, monitoring, evaluation, and result determination processes according to the Group’s vertical management requirements.
Draft guidelines and provide advisory support to HR business partners regarding performance management policies and processes.
Serve as the key day-to-day contact with Head Office’s performance management team.
Support annual salary review and bonus allocation exercises, including preparing, checking, and modeling data in Excel, developing visualizations, and drafting proposals.
Actively contribute to other HR projects and initiatives as requested by management, including process improvements and policy development related to performance and rewards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus in performance management and compensation & benefits.
Prior experience within financial institutions, sizable multinational organizations and/or leading international consulting firms is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills; numerically sensitive and logical thinker, proficient in data analysis and report writing.
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of reporting and data analysis in all deliverables.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin; Fluency in Cantonese is preferable.
