They are looking for a results-driven mindset with a can-do" attitude Policy Administrative Manager to join their team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Understand the features and structures of various insurance products.
- Manage policy servicing processes across multiple insurers.
- Handle quarterly cash value updates and prepare annual review packages.
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to consultants, policyholders, and banking partners.
- Coordinate commission and referral fee payments for renewal cases.
- Ensure all policy servicing requests comply with internal guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of changes to in-force policies in the system.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in policy administration, serving high-net-worth clients is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
