Digital Business Analyst, 1 year contract

Your new role

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for digital initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards.
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements to optimise digital workflows.
Support testing, validation, and implementation of digital solutions.
Monitor project progress and provide clear communication to stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital projects, preferably within health insurance or financial services.
Strong understanding of insurance digital platforms, customer portals, and mobile applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
