Vice President / Associate, Corporate Access (Equity Sales Team)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Coordination:

• Arrange corporate access events, including investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

2. Research and Analysis Coordination:

• Conduct internal research on companies, industries, and market trends to support corporate access activities.

• Prepare materials such as analyst views, company presentations, and meeting summaries.

3. Investor Relations Support:

• Maintain and update investor databases, including contact information and in house contact.

• Assist to maintain on time service log.

4. Administrative Support:

• Manage meeting schedules, agendas, PPTs, and follow-up actions.

• Prepare and assist seniors on meetings support.

5. Market Intelligence:

• Monitor market news, earnings announcements, and corporate developments.

• Provide timely updates to the team.

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience from international or leading Chinese securities firm.

• Strong interest in corporate finance, investor relations, and capital markets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
