Risk Officer - 12 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal control inspections to identify irregularities, document findings, and assist in coordinating follow-up actions.
Provide operational support to front office and market risk teams, including handling voice recording records.
Assist with system security tasks such as daily checks, access setup, and monthly user ID verification.
Manage records and inventory for SWIFT tokens, mobile storage media, and corporate mobile devices; support periodic reviews of remittance operations.
Compile daily market summaries and analysis to support risk and front office teams.
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, including committee documentation and other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

University degree holder in a relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in middle or back office roles within financial institutions; exposure to risk control is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with corporate banking products, trade finance, payments, and treasury operations is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
