Job Summary:
As a key member of the ETP team, the Vice President will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and accelerating the growth of HKEX's ETP business. This position requires a forward-thinking professional with deep industry expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for innovation in the ETF and ETP landscape. Job Duties:- Strategic Market Insight: Lead comprehensive market research and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities, anticipate risks, and guide product strategy. Monitor competitive dynamics and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.

• Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of ETF structures, trading mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, and the full product lifecycle-from inception to launch and beyond.
• Issuer Experience Excellence: Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless and differentiated issuer experience across the ETF lifecycle, including onboarding, marketing, and post-launch support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Operations to drive product initiatives and ensure alignment across functions.
• Performance Analysis & Business Case Development: Analyze product performance metrics, prepare executive-level reports, and develop compelling business cases for new products and enhancements.

• Thought Leadership & Team Development: Stay abreast of global industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

  Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in ETFs, capital markets, or financial services, with a proven track record in product development and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep understanding of the ETP ecosystem, including trading mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, and product structuring.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Extensive exposure to Asian markets preferred; global experience is an asset.
