Drive sales of non-flow FICC solutions (structured products, bespoke hedging, and investment solutions) to Chinese financial institutions, primarily banks and securities firms.
Originate and execute tailored solutions addressing client-specific needs across rates, credit, and FX.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at target institutions.
Collaborate with structuring, trading, and research teams to deliver innovative ideas and competitive pricing.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth across the FICC platform.
Ensure adherence to internal risk, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years experience in FICC sales with a focus on structured/non-flow solutions.
Deep understanding of Chinese financial institutions' investment and risk management needs.
Strong product knowledge across rates, credit, FX, and structured solutions.
Proven track record in origination and execution of complex transactions.
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills; Mandarin fluency required.
Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and deliver compliant solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
