Our client, an US asset manager is looking an institutional client associate to join the team
About the job:
Develop and deliver marketing materials—including pitchbooks, quarterly reviews, and research reports—tailored to clients and prospects
Collaborate with senior business development colleagues to address client inquiries by coordinating with global fund teams.
Prepare client presentations and respond to RFPs in partnership with the global RFP team and portfolio managers.
Organize and manage regional roadshows, working closely with client coverage teams and portfolio managers; oversee translation and localization of materials.
Facilitate client onboarding and provide ongoing support, including maintaining and updating the client database, tracking pipelines, and managing prospect engagement activities.
Support sales initiatives and contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Liaise with the marketing team to assist with administrative tasks related to conferences, marketing collateral, and ad-hoc projects.
Document meeting discussions, track follow-up actions, and generate reports to ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
Compile business presentations, research insights, and various documentation to support client and internal needs.
Partner with team members on special projects and ad-hoc requests to drive business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; CFA designation is an advantage
Over 4 years of relevant experience within buyside, with exposure to institutional clients considered a plus
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience working within global asset management firms
Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese—both written and spoken
