Our client is a globally recognized organization with a strong market presence and track record of success. As part of their ongoing global business transformation initiatives, they are seeking an IT Manager to support the development and delivery of strategic technology solutions.
About the Role
Reporting to the department head, you will play a pivotal role in driving and influencing the delivery of cross-functional capabilities that enable business transformation. You will support the solution architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap to align business, technology, and digital priorities. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, solution architects, developers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to enhance ERP systems and optimize current modules. You will proactively explore new external solution opportunities to integrate emerging technologies and deliver cost-effective, scalable, and agile solutions. Staying informed of the latest advancements in enterprise technologies and methodologies will be essential to guide data-driven business decisions. A sound understanding of the organization's ecosystem, including reference architectures and interdependencies, will be required. You will also contribute ideas to strengthen IT systems, processes, and service delivery.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computing, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years experience, preferably within large or multinational organizations
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and recommend emerging technologies
- Hands-on experience managing SAP SD/MM modules in large-scale ERP projects
- Background in retail, FMCG, or omni-channel environments is highly advantageousStrong project management skills; PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of enterprise applications with a strategic perspective
- Demonstrated experience in delivering technology-driven business solutions
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
