Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications
  • Good Knowledge on Cash Equity and OMS platforms.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure reliability in a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and enhance existing functionalities.

Requirements

  • Good experience in Java development within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Cash Equity trading and OMS platforms.
  • Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with FIX protocol and low-latency trading systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
