Our client, a prominent player in the retail industry with a dedicated sourcing office in Hong Kong, is currently seeking an experienced IT Officer to join their HK IT support team.
About the Role
The role involves providing comprehensive IT support, maintaining internal systems and the server room, offering deskside assistance, managing Microsoft AD for on-boarding and off-boarding, overseeing IT equipment and internal Wi-Fi, and ensuring robust networking.
The Successful Applicants
- Experience & good knowledge of Office 365 automation solutions using Power Automate, PowerApps, and scripting tools to streamline workflows
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science
- At least 8 years solid experience
- Good written and spoken Chinese and English
