The Role

AVP/VP, Relationship Manager, Equity Sales & Derivatives

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop high-net-worth clients and provide professional wealth management and asset allocation advice;
  • Maintain existing client relationships, regularly follow up on client needs, and enhance client satisfaction;
  • Sell financial products such as insurance, OTC products, funds, and trusts to achieve individual and team performance targets;
  • Customize personalized wealth management solutions based on clients' risk preferences.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in wealth management or banking industry;
  • Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
  • Familiar with wealth management products (e.g. insurance, funds, OTC products, trusts) and market regulations;
  • Strong sales and client negotiation skills, with the ability to independently develop high-net-worth clients;
  • Candidates holding Degree & other relevant financial licenses (e.g. CFA, FRM, CFP) will be given additional consideration;
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a performance-driven environment;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua is necessary;
  • Candidates with IIQE Paper 1, 3 & SFC type 1, 4 Licenses is highly preferred.
