What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Mentor a distributed DevSecOps team, empowering engineers to excel in a remote-first environment.
• Shape the SDLC: Govern and optimize processes to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and seamless delivery.
• Balance Speed & Security: Embed security controls without slowing down release velocity.
• Champion Automation: Instill an automation-first mindset across development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Scale Big: Manage CI/CD/CT pipelines capable of thousands of builds per day and hundreds of weekly releases.
• Drive Transformation: Lead cultural and technological change across enterprise IT and financial services.
• Innovate with AI: Explore and integrate Generative AI to boost productivity and DevSecOps capabilities.
• Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance tooling, processes, and developer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC governance, release management, and security integration.
• Proven success in enterprise auditing and compliance.
• Automation mindset - you think in scripts, not manual steps.
• Experience driving cultural and tech transformation, ideally in financial services.
• Expertise in large-scale CI/CD/CT pipelines with integrated security scans.

• Proficiency with:

  • Nexus, Jenkins, Prisma, Veracode
  • Kubernetes (k8s), Docker
  • Atlassian Suite: Bitbucket, Confluence, JIRA
• Strong coding skills in Groovy and Python.
• Experience leading remote teams, especially in China.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies is a strong plus.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services or banking.
