KYC Analyst (Ops) (until May 2026)

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about financial compliance? We're seeking a driven Analyst to support our business across the Asia Pacific region. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact team focused on client onboarding and regulatory reviews.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct new client onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger event assessments in line with UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore regulatory standards.
  • Maintain and update internal systems with client documentation and information.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Account Management, and Operations throughout the review lifecycle.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and manage ad hoc requests with precision and professionalism.
  • Adapt to regulatory and policy changes, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.

  • Deliver high-quality work under pressure, maintaining throughput and accuracy.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and investigative mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven collaboration skills and a proactive, accountable work ethic.

  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex policies and systems.

    Preferred Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Background in AML/KYC, customer due diligence, or regulatory compliance.

  • Familiarity with global KYC/CIP standards, especially in UK, US, Hong Kong, and Singapore contexts.

    Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
