Represent the firm professionally in communications with stakeholders including fund directors, clients, partners, and service providers.
Lead client onboarding and relationship management from initial interest through ongoing engagement.
Prepare, review, and negotiate documentation for new product launches (SMAs and funds), including offering memorandums, brokerage agreements, and investment management agreements.
Manage documentation related to ongoing client relationships (e.g., side letters).
Coordinate Operational Due Diligence processes with investors and counterparties.
Draft and negotiate various legal and operational agreements (NDAs, employment contracts, service agreements, etc.).
Support product development through research and analysis.
Assist in planning and executing product-related initiatives and projects.
Support board meeting preparations and maintain investor records and virtual data rooms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above; law degree.
3-5 years of experience in asset management or legal roles related to financial services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF.
