(Senior) Analyst, Wealth Product Development [Contract]

Our Client is a well-known Insurance Company in Hong Kong. They are seeking a (senior)product officer to support the wealth products development team. This role supports the end-to-end development and enhancement of wealth management products tailored for the insurance market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including actuarial, marketing, distribution, compliance, and IT to deliver innovative and competitive wealth solutions. The contract for this role is renewable.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of wealth and investment-linked insurance products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Support product pricing, profitability analysis, and scenario testing in collaboration with actuarial teams.
• Prepare product documentation including product specifications, business requirements, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, compliance, operations) to ensure product readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of product training materials and support distribution channels with product knowledge.

Requirements of the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in product development, business analysis, or related roles in insurance, banking, or asset management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with wealth management products, investment-linked policies, or insurance-based investment solutions is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; knowledge of VBA or SQL is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
