Build and manage a high-performing team of Functional Consultants in Asia
Lead pre-sales support, customer service and troubleshooting efforts
Oversee new-client migrations and product implementations
Define, test and roll out new features and functionality
Hire, onboard and train junior team members
Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure consistency and success globally
Desired Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, with a strong accounting focus
Minimum seven years’ experience at a leading global fund administrator, including “super-user” proficiency with major portfolio-management software
Proven track record transitioning from an operational to a consulting role
At least three years of people-management experience within fund administration
Deep functional expertise in migrations, troubleshooting, customer support, feature definition and testing
Experience contributing to or leading technical presentations during client-facing sales processes
Background across one or more domains such as Investment Management, Wealth Management, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments, Portfolio Accounting or Investment Operations
Demonstrated success managing complex implementations and post-implementation support, with solid project-management and business-analysis skills
Broad understanding of financial instruments, with preferred exposure to private equity
Excellent communication skills, including presenting sophisticated software concepts to senior executive audiences in English (additional languages a plus)
