We're looking for a capable candidate to provide support to the HR Relationship Management Team for our banking client with details as below,
Responsibilities:
Act as a proactive business partner on various HR services including, but not limited to employee relations, performance management, annual compensation review, learning and talent management, reward, exit management etc.
Be an Employee advocate to build employee outreach/feedback channels and HR programs to enhance employee engagement
Provide professional HR advisory and solutions across the whole range of HR activities
Manage processes so as to uphold the productivity and compliance with internal and external regulation or guidelines
Participate in various assigned HR projects
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience’ experience in an HR generalist role.
Ability to build strong relationship with clients and provide effective HR advice and solutions to business managers
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent planning skills and execution capability
Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent MS Office PC skills ie Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc
