HR Manager (HR Relationship Management)(6 months contract)

We're looking for a capable candidate to provide support to the HR Relationship Management Team for our banking client with details as below,

Responsibilities:

    • Act as a proactive business partner on various HR services including, but not limited to employee relations, performance management, annual compensation review, learning and talent management, reward, exit management etc.
    • Be an Employee advocate to build employee outreach/feedback channels and HR programs to enhance employee engagement
    • Provide professional HR advisory and solutions across the whole range of HR activities
    • Manage processes so as to uphold the productivity and compliance with internal and external regulation or guidelines
    • Participate in various assigned HR projects

Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience’ experience in an HR generalist role.
    • Ability to build strong relationship with clients and provide effective HR advice and solutions to business managers
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
    • Excellent planning skills and execution capability
    • Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Excellent MS Office PC skills ie Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc
