Product Specialist (Private Insurance Advisor) - Wealth Management Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive solutions, client consulting and sales support to the wealth management relationship managers;
• Communicate and coordinate with the relevant departments on business strategies, product marketing plans, domestic bank branch synergies, and other applicable services to promote the insurance referral business;
• Provide targeted and routine teach-in sessions and product reviews to the regional relationship managers and responsible personnels based on work needs;
• Assist the domestic branches in the delivery of insurance policies and other documents, follow up on the handover registration, and finish the delivery in a timely manner required by the selling process;
• Support the relationship manager to plan and implement of the sales strategy for the designated branches within the region, and assist the relationship manager to improve on the related sales skills;
• Support relationship managers on the follow up customer services such as fee renewals and service preservation;
• Support the relationship manager to ensure the running of daily tasks, respond timely on various situations, and assist the product manager to analyze and solve the problems;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the department.

Job Requirements:

• Work experience: More than 3 years of insurance related industry experience; Bancassurance sales and its related experience is preferred; Familiarity with high-end private insurance business is preferred
• Education: Bachelor degree or above in business major, Licensed in Insurance business in Hong Kong (Paper 1 and Paper 3) is required
• Decency, integrity, professionalism, aspiration, high responsibility and teamwork skills are required
• Also requires positive thinking and optimistism, strong coordination ability, good communication skills, and preferably strong Mandarin speaking and writing ability. The Candidate should be familiar with the Chinese mainland market and fluent in Chinese and English
