Work closely with Relationship Managers to provide assistance in client management and services
Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients, including managing daily administrative tasks, client servicing and ensure proper compliance guidelines
Assist in client account opening, trade execution and account periodic review
Ensure effective and timely management of all aspects of customer service delivery, including securities trading and other transactions
Ensure strict compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience in relationship management assistant or similar
Strong analytical, prioritization, communication skills and problem solving skills
Previous wealth management experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Master is a plus
