Analyst/Associate, Corporate Finance

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support corporate transactions and strategic initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Participate in the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other investments.
Support the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
Analyze market trends and industry data to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
To liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and work coordination

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
Solid corporate finance experience in the execution of IPOs and M&A transactions would be preferred.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
